We will train you to single handedly take care of many of our most important administrative tasks, both related to our Szczecin branch and the corporation as a whole. In time, for the right candidate you will also become involved in multiple tasks and projects working with our Support team, as well as directly with Management. No two days will be the same!

Job description

  • Bookkeeping tasks
  • Debitor follow-up, reminders
  • Dealing with Polish authorities
  • Managing real estate assets
  • Assisting MGT with ongoing tasks
  • Internal controller tasks
  • Relations with foreign suppliers, world wide
  • Limited invoicing tasks


  • Relevant education or training (administration, accounting, finance), and/or at least 3 years experience.
  • Great English skills, written/spoken
  • Organised and tidy. Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experienced with MS:Office or similar

Personal skills:
As a person you are structured and precise. You always follow procedure, and take pride in producing results within agreed deadlines. You are looking for a long term position.
You do not mind being a bit of the office octopus, taking care of many tasks both periodical but also ad hoc.
