Main areas of responsibility:
  • Financial Planning and Business Support: 
    • To support Finance Lead in the preparation of detailed financial forecast for AP, SPC, LEs for Central function and provides continuous updates within the year.
    • To review the GBS costs vs plan, analyzing variances and validating variance explanations, to prepare the reports with monthly analysis of variance vs plan
    • To perform month/quartely/year end closing activities by initiating the necessary journals to ensure compliance to Local GAAP & IFRS accounting standards.
    • To act as a final coordinator for local BAP/MEMO, provide financial analysis and support to the GBS central team. 
    • To collaborate with Central Cost department to build and support effective and efficient processes between GBS and Central Cost, to provide monthly comments on variances (act vs plan) for the GBS
  • Efficiency tracking support:
    • To manage the GBS efficiency trackers for all locations to ensure the efficiency is planned and released positions are on track for timing and cost
    • To liaise with GBS P&C BPs and Finance Controllers to ensure all required information for tracking is provided, with appropriate details and on time
    • To prepare monthly/querterly Dashboards with release status, to ensure the HC reconsiliation between plan and actials
    • To complete ad-hoc requests from GBS Finance Lead
You as a professional:
  • Have an University degree (in Finance, Economics or equivalent commercial degree)
  • At least 3 years working experience in Finance in a multi-national company environment
  • Financial & management accounting experience
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP and TM1 experiences are beneficial
  • Strong Excel skills and eye for detail
  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills
  • High integrity and ability to work with different cultures, excellent communication skills
