  • Working with local countries or regional groups to obtain lease information on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Entering the lease information provided by the countries/region into accounting software
  • Accounting software maintenance and solving issues connected with the system
  • Ensure lease information provided by the country is supported (contracts, invoice, etc.)
  • Lease Accounting correctness verification
  • Monthly, Quarterly and YE reporting (US GAAP and IFRS)
  • GAAP/IFRS/Local statutory adjustments calculation
  • Produce journal entries as part of monthly and quarterly reporting, including final reports preparation process
  • Leases recalculations for correctness verification and audit purposes
  • Frequently review of current Lease Team activities and improvements
  • Cooperation with Auditors (Local and Corporate), Technical Accounting, Global Consolidation, Tax and many other teams
  • Lease trainings for Aon colleagues (Local Controllership)

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance
  • English level of C1 or higher
  • Understanding of US GAAP/IFRS accounting
  • MS excel, Word, Power Pivot and PowerPoint
  • Strong human relation skills with an ability to listen, consider alternative views, and solve complex problems
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
  • Ability to identify process improvements opportunities
  • Team player
