Operations drives business value and outcomes to advance our clients on their journey to intelligent operations through our innovative operating engine - SynOps. We transform business processes to achieve sustainable growth by optimizing people, technology, data and intelligence.

What will you do:

  • Overlook RTR process activities as per agreed metrics for DACH, Southern Europe, Benelux Middle East.
  • Identify, develop and coach team members towards effective performance and objectives realization.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Work closely with process owners and ensure all financial accounting activities are executed effectively and efficiently with appropriate controls and end to end view.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What do we expect:
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in RTR team.
  • Prior experience as RTR Team Leader’s backup is nice to have.
  • Proficiency in German, Italian, French, or Portuguese (min. B2) is nice to have.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (min. B2).
  • Ability to manage calls with various client stakeholders.
  • Transition experience.
  • Protectiveness, improvement driver, problem solver.
  • Passion for Accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment, preferably SAP.
  • Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment.
  • Availability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode in Warsaw office.
