Tax Expert
Job location: Warszawa
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Support the VAT, corporate income taxes, withholding tax.
- Participate in the deployment of global projects including tax optimization initiatives, M&A, restructurings, corporate legal reorganizations, refinancing etc.
- Support in dividend and recapitalization campaigns
- Ensure global consistency of transfer pricing policy and documentation.
- Support to identify and manage Region tax risks and ensure controls are in place.
- Support changes in tax legislation flagged by country/Region, consider impact on CEVA’s tax position and take action, if necessary.
- Support relationship with external auditors on tax matters in Region.
- Practical knowledge of MDR.
- Support the Region when needed in the relation with tax advisors and mitigate their costs.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Law.
- 3-5 years of experience in tax - tax consulting / in-house tax expert.
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Team player; energetic and flexible.
- Solid understanding of direct and indirect taxes in an international context.
- Good understanding of transfer prices matters in multinational environment.
- Accountancy knowledge with a tax background (or vice versa).
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in working with MS Office.
