Praca: A2R Expert

How you will make an impact:
As the A2R Expert you will be responsible for driving optimization of Account to Report process, through process simplification, standardization and automation, with the usage of best in class technologies.
- Apply data-driven approaches to transform the A2R process.
- Design and develop process monitoring dashboards and execution instruments.
- Drive process standardization, harmonization and automation.
- Participate in further development of processes and technical solution to support A2R agenda.
- Analyze process and service performance to highlight improvement opportunities.
To be successful in this role as an A2R Expert, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and personal attributes:
- Relevant Experience of 5 + years in Finance, preferably from A2R area.
- University Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Strong Communication and Influencing Skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification, would be advantageous.
- ACCA or Similar Certification, would be advantageous.
