HR Global Operations Team provides Human Resource administrative services for Aon colleagues globally.

Your key responsibilities:

  • support HR processes connected to employee life cycle in the organization (hire, change jobs, termination and other processes) and managing employee data in the systems
  • work with new technologies (e.g. robot producing employee documents)
  • respond to queries from HR representatives across the globe
  • cooperate with colleagues in other teams and countries to find solutions to HR-related issues
  • applying the changes to the processes in daily work

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • fluent English and communication skills
  • motivation to work in HR Administration department
  • 6 months of previous experience in administration or HR will be an asset
  • experience in International organization will be an asset
  • Very good Time & Task Management skills
  • teamwork and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to pay attention to details
  • spotless record and strong ethos
