What do you need to start?

  • Deep knowledge of accounting, especially RtA area
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering a project of this scope
  • Ability to work in multi-tasking, rapidly changing environment
  • Project management skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track of experience in a managerial position
  • Excellent spoken and written English and strong interpersonal skills

 

What duties will help you grow?

  • Responsible for leading R2A Close team performing end-to-end of PEC processes like prelim TB analysis, P&L and BS review, checking closure of Sub-ledger and performing SL to GL reconciliations to identify and correct material errors.
  • Reviews PEC journals like Accruals & Prepayment, Cost and Revenue adjustment etc. Works closely with Clients Finance Controller and carries out PEC reporting and tracking functions. Is also responsible for first level handling of queries and escalations from Client stakeholders.
  • Ensures all Service Level Agreements are adhered to and provides the client with a high quality service. Drive Continuous improvements.
  • Promotes teamwork, provides employees with coaching and feedback for a small/medium size team. Networks with other functions
