RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Posting and recording operating expenses, including the correct classification of tax-deductible and non-deductible costs.
  • Verification of accounting documents in terms of formal and arithmetical accuracy.
  • Posting bank statements and reconciling balances.
  • Settlement of business travel expenses (domestic and international).
  • Administration and settlement of the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS).
  • Participation in ongoing accounting activities and monthly/year-end closings.
  • Reporting to GUS and NBP.
  • Cooperation with other departments regarding documentation and settlements.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting position.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Act regulations and basic tax regulations (CIT, VAT, PIT).
  • Practical ability to work with accounting documentation.
  • Good work organization and ability to work independently.
  • Accuracy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • English B2+ and Polish B2+.
  • Ability to work from our office in Wroclaw.
