Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing monthly financial reports
  • Analyzing and monitoring cash flows in the company (expenses, income)
  • Entering and verifying documents in the internal system
  • Updating financial data
  • Preparing regular reports and financial statements in accordance with company standards
  • Temporary support for financial processes in a Czech affiliate
  • Participation in the preparation of annual reports and cost control with an external accounting office
Requirements:
  • Communicative knowledge of English, min. B1
  • Higher education in a relevant field (finance, economics, accounting, or related)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
  • Knowledge of financial law and accounting principles
  • Good knowledge of financial and accounting software and MS Office
  • Valid drivers license, category B
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers
  • Good time management and meeting deadlines

  • Until the end of 2025, the work will be performed from a temporary office in Hnojník (Czech Republic) – due to the construction of the plant in Pawłowice, which will be the final place of work from beginning of February 2026
