For one of our clients, a company offering a range of products and solutions in the fields of smart energy, energy efficiency, and renewable energy, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Finance and Accounting Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Prepare financial forecasts and projections, including cash flow statements, P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Build and maintain financial models for renewable energy projects, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI analysis and scenario modeling.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, such as investment opportunities, project feasibility and risk assessment.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports for regulatory compliance and audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Fluent English and native Polish language are required.
